Remember the Mailbox?

Remember when it held actual letters from people and not just bills? Over lunch I went to the post office to send a few things. One of those was an actual, bona fide letter. Yes, I actually took the time to sit down, put pen to paper and write a letter. I miss those days. I miss being excited when going to the mailbox and finding a letter. Don't get me wrong, email is wonderful for sending those quick, "Hey, was thinking about you and hope you're having a good day" type notes. However, there's nothing like a handwritten letter.
