Note To Self

Don't go do a 6:15am hour-long spin class the day after doing leg weights when you've been a slacker and haven't been keeping up with your workouts. If I can move tomorrow I'll consider it a victory.

The weather is foggy and rainy today. Makes me really want to curl up on my couch, put in a movie and go to sleep. It'd be even better with someone to join me. Instead I'm stuck here at work with asshats. Ugh.

Ouchie ouch....that is the worst, trying to get through a workout when your body moves/feels like bricks. Ugggg. pain reliever helps!!!
